By accessing or using SkillsLab, operated by Crystal EdTech Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

SkillsLab provides a digital skills learning platform serving four user roles: Learners, Parents, Schools, and Teachers. Feature availability varies by subscription plan. Crystal EdTech Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Learners under 18 must be registered by a parent, guardian, or school administrator who assumes responsibility for appropriate use. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.

You agree not to: share account credentials with unauthorised persons; attempt to access accounts you are not authorised to access; upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights; use the platform to harass or harm other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape platform content; or use the platform in violation of Nigerian law.

All content on SkillsLab is the property of Crystal EdTech Ltd and protected under the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access content solely for personal educational use. Unauthorised commercial use will be subject to legal action under Nigerian law.

Crystal EdTech Ltd provides the platform 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
